John H. Wisecarver

John Hugh "Hell John" Wisecarver, 61, of Warren County, died Friday at his home.The funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Phelps Funeral Chapel, Winchester. Burial will be at a later date in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Middletown.
