Mr. Woods was a class act. He would always stop and talk to my father on L Street when they ran into each other on Mr. Woods' way up to the Tavern or on his walk home. My mother would ask my dad why couldn't he dress as nice as Mr. Woods. My dad would say, It's like a makeover show. I'm the before and hes's the after. Condolences to the family.

My condolences to the Woods Family. I had
the honor and pleasure working with Jack down the Curley Recreation Center as well as Draper Lab in the late 1970's and 1981. I made the mistake in critiquing Jacks (Gin Game) as being a "COOKIE" way of playing and He laugh and said to his word Michael you will not win another game the rest of the Summer. He was right I did not and on more than one occasion. I was told who is the Cookie now and was told too keep practicing.
In closing Dear...
