Hi Dad.

It's been a few months so no one is looking at this page anymore. I was in NYC last week on winter break. I ate at Veselka (remember our Thanksgiving dinners?) and walked past some of our favorite restaurants (Au Za'atar, Oda House). Mary, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Even though I didn't know John well, he always had a smile on his face when I saw him in the halls of USTRANSCOM @ Scott AFB. I also enjoyed our many "hallway talks" when I'd see you at USTRANSCOM you two were a special couple. Hugs, Bernie Wood

After the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have to hold onto are the happy memories that weve shared with our loved ones who have passed, this is what keeps them alive in our hearts and in our minds, and they will continue to live on, through us. My condolences.
