Not sure what to say?

I had the very good fortune to have worked with John in the mid-1990's in the planning and construction of Discovery Middle School. He was an "architectural scholar and a gentleman". There were national awards for our effort and a very special school house for the youngsters of old town Vancouver. I shall always remember the excitement and comradery that he brought to the endeavor.

Marilyn and family. Our family was so sorry to hear of your loss. Know that we are thinking of you and keeping you in our prayers. Hazel Shively and family.

Dear Marilyn and family,

May the God of all comfort and peace hold you close in the days ahead. As a family, you have endured challenging times over the years, yet your faith has been unwavering and apparent to all those surrounding you. John truly leaves a lasting legacy through the steadfast faith of his loving family. You continue to be in my thoughts and prayers as you celebrate a life well lived, and anticipate a blessed reunion in Heaven.

Walter and I are so deeply saddened by the untimely death of John. He was an incredible individual and the world has lost a great man, but heaven has gained an amazing soul. Rest in Peace, John

My heart hurts for you and your family. Prayers and hugs for you all. So thrilled about the new baby Corban "defender of God" and that John knew about the birth in time. He would be very proud.
