John and I worked together at The Commonwealth Medical College during it's founding years. He was a wonderful colleague and friend. John was instrumental in the development of course materials for first year medical students. He loved teaching and mentoring and he was greatly appreciated by his students. My deepest sympathy to his family and dear friends.

My thoughts are with your family in this time of sorrow. I only had the opportunity to meet John once, but he was kind, gracious and humorous and made me feel like family. Wishing peace for his family for the holiday season.
