The memories of traveling with the Zarkers, to study "Roman Ruins" will always be with me. We all will miss his inspiration and knowledge he shared with his extended family. My sincere sympathies to all, we lost a great man.

I have known Jack for many years by playing table tennis with him at the Chapel Hill Senior Center. He was one of the most likeable people I have ever met. He was so lively and humerous, it is shocking that he will
no longer be with us. We will all miss him as I'm sure you will. It is good to know that he was blessed with a wonderful relationship with his wife and five children. I also didn't realize how illustrious his career was.
