Not sure what to say?

I went to Sandy´s junior prom with him. One of the good guys. Condolences to all the family.

I only learned on Dr Z's passing a few days ago and I am deeply saddened by it. I have been seeing Dr Z's for many years and I brought my whole family to start seeing him too. I always looked forward to my eye appointments with him. He will truly be missed.

I am so saddened to hear about Dr Z's passing. I had only been a patient of his for a few years but he was not only thorough and professional but also incredibly personable and friendly. He will be dearly missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.

I had been seeing Dr John since I was 4 years old, and only stopped going to him regularly when I moved out of the area. I learned how to say his name by the time I turned 6, because he made getting an exam special, and he loved his work and family.

I knew your father many years ago. He was my Optometrist and a friend. He was always kind and had a big heart. He loved his children always. I'm so sorry for your loss. This world lost a great man.

Single Memorial Tree

I met Dr. Zelazowski, in the 23 years I worked for former AIO Eye Sugerons. He was a kind man, he cared deeply about his patients. Not ever an unkind word ever came from this man. He was a wonderful Optometrist, he will be missed and remembered for his compassion and kindness. Rest In Gods arms now.

Pam, Corey, Michelle, Cristen & Chad - I am so sorry to hear about Sandy! He was such a wonderful man. I always enjoyed chatting with him back in the day. May he rest in peace. Sending prayers for you all.

My deepest condolences and heartfelt love and support to, Pam, Joani, John and family, as well as to the great office team. Dr. John was one of a kind human. The kind that is becoming more rare these days. He was gifted, skilled, caring, and passionate about his life's work. As a doctor he also had that rare gift of being intuitive about what was just the right approach to each situation. He left us too soon and will be deeply missed. Blessings on his crossing and on all who have loved...
