So sorry to learn of the passing of your father David. Our prayers are with you and your family. I remember you said he liked my roses at our house on Sorrento. You had a great home near Lakewood Park. As a former Lakewood resident ... I always remember 4th of July ...Halloween ...and skating ... the best in Lakewood , Ohio.

I worked as a part time Sales Rep for JOHN. I worked in the Design Air office in Lakewood. I spent afternoons there from the years 2000 to 2004. I enjoyed my association with John. John taught me a whole lot about equipment sales. Service to customers, integrity in the sales business, patience. I am glad I had the opportunity to work for and know John. May he rest in peace. I have many memories of Uncle John! As a kid we came up almost every summer to Lakewood OH to stay with our grandparents. The years that Uncle John and family lived close by there were family gatherings, esp the birthdays of Grandpa and Grandma Zuern and Uncle John. I believe they shared the birthday of July 8th. There were big family picnics at Lakewood Park, with the Baders (Aunt Alice and Uncle Tom and kids) also. Uncle John was energetic and so friendly to all of us. He would tease...
