Not sure what to say?

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The loss of someone so close is difficult to bear. We share your grief. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help at this time.

John will be forever remembered for his energy, his intelligence, and his caring. He was an outstanding engineer and a wonderful friend. I will miss him dearly.

We
were blessed to have had John as a friend for many years. A wonderful
person with a heart of gold. He was an asset both professionaly and
personally. John was loved by our family and will be missed terribly by
all of us.

John was perhaps the most outgoing and engaging person I knew at NASA, a friend to everyone and an irreplaceable colleague. His unfailing kindness will never be forgotten.

I had the pleasure to work with John over several years. He was an optimistic, encouraging influence on all those who worked with him. His family should be proud of his achievements.

John was consistently a person that I looked forward to working with and seeing at various NASA events. He and his wife always treated me as though I was a long-lost daughter and I sincerely appreciate all of the laughter and good times that we shared. I will always remember him fondly.

John was a wonderfully optimistic person who helped me get through the hard times for Rotorcraft at Ames Research Center. He was a genuinely nice man who will be missed by all the past and current generation of Army/NASA Rotorheads and V/STOL proponents.

I didn't work closely with John, but I knew him for many years at Ames. He was dedicated to his work and has been a tireless advocate of rotorcraft technology. More than that, I simply liked him. He approached living and working in a gentle way and I will miss him.

John was an amazing spirit, full of curiousity, wonder, humor, and emotional support for all who came in contact with him. I always enjoyed my interactions with him as an aerospace engineer at NASA Ames Research Center. John's gracious and gentle spirit will be missed here on Earth, but the hosts in heaven have gained someone they will enjoy for eternity.
