Johnathan was born November 18, 1970 in Pulaski County, Missouri. He married Stacy (Manahan) Aden on March 29, 1999.
John's happiest moments were spent with his family, whom he was very proud of. John was proud to open LaMoille Auto Care Center and Lucky Cuts Gaming with his family. When you could drag him away from work, he loved traveling to Missouri and North Carolina where he spent time in his youth or making his family walk for miles in downtown Chicago. He was a proud fan of any Chicago sports team and a #1 fan of any team his kids played on. John was an active member in many of the communities surrounding him and loved being able to help other people. He never knew a stranger and took every opportunity he could to make someone else smile.
John is survived by his two sons Jonathon (Samantha) Aden of Downs and Jacob (Michelle) Aden of Princeton; his daughter Stephanie (Adam) Combites; siblings Lisa and Steve Coutee; grandchildren including Atticus, Gavin, Lillian, and Monroe; his loyal companion, Pickles; several nieces and nephews and many “adopted” children and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his best friend and soulmate, Stacy; his brother Bill; and his father LeRoy Aden.

I will always be grateful for the time that I got to love you and your family. You changed my life by teaching me to dance again, to love again, and you gave me the gift of family. I will miss you forever. I love you so much John Edgar. You were an amazing man, an amazing father, and an amazing friend. You always thought of others first, and you never knew a stranger. It was heaven to be with you. Thank you for loving me.
