Bailey was a legend. I knew him through East High School friends in around 1963 in Warrensburg. Couple of years later Ron Taylor,Dick Eagan, Roger Hampton, Bailey and I took a road trip to New York. We stopped for gas somewhere in Ohio and asked the gas station attendant what the cheapest beer was, he replied,"root beer" which had us in stitches for the rest of the trip.
