     Johnnie L. Coleman, 56, of Connelly Springs, NC, passed away January 9, 2026, at Frye Regional Meical Center, Hickory, NC. Johnnie was born July 28, 1969 at Clinton, MA, to the late James Lloyd Coleman and Gloria Rose Lockard Coleman. Johnnie was also prceded in death by his wife, Belinda Coleman, and his brother, Jimmy Coleman. Johnnie was a warehouse worker for Target.


     Johnnie is survived by his children, Corey Eric (Montana) Coleman of Huntington, WV, William “Bill” (Courtney) Coleman of Huntington, WV, and Jacob Ryan (Gabrielle) Coleman of Connelly Springs, NC. Johnnie is also survied by his siblings, Debbie Salmons of Connelly Springs, NC, Victor Coleman of Hickory, NC, Amber Coleman of Catawba, NC, and Francis Coleman of Morganton, NC, his grandchildren, Sophia Samms, Shiloh Coleman, Sawyer Coleman, Hazel Williams, Harper Coleman and a host of loving family and friends.


     The visitation for Johnnie will be held at 11 AM Tuesday January 13, 2026, at the Turkey Creek Old Regular Baptist Church, 1348 Turkey Creek Road, Belfry, KY 41514. The funeral services will be conducted at 12 Noon Tuesday January 13, 2026, at the Turkey Creek Old Regular Baptist Church with Old Regular Baptist Church ministers officiating. The burial will follow at Reed - Lockard Cemetery, Turkey Creek, KY, with Corey Coleman, Bill Coleman, Jacob Coleman, Victor Coleman and other family members serving as pallbearers. R. E. Remember him from the Church Jefferson Ave Church of God down there helping out in the kitchen and just being in the Services always Nice to me and talking with him when Belinda died I will Miss him and I Miss Belinda to Prayers for the Family
