Johnny Phillip Allen Jr.

I am deeply sorry for the loss of Johnny. May God's loving kindness bring peace and comfort during this sad and difficult time. Psalms 29:11

To the whole family: Johnny was one of the very early founders of Holy Covenant UMC in Katy, Texas. I worked with Johnny in the Troop and his boys went through Scouts with mine. But I think it is important that you know that Johnny was absolutely instrumental in ensuring that everything we did was inclusive and open and welcoming. He was my friend, and I was his. May God be with each of you as you go through these days and weeks.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Allen family for the loss of your beloved Johnny. Please know that others share your grief and pray that the God of all comfort sustain each of you during the difficult days ahead.

Words cannot adequately add comfort to the deep feeling of hurt and pain that I know you are going through by the transition of your son brother and my dear and closest friend. As all of you know, Phil and I was as close as brothers. Their are thousands of memories of the many experiences we shared: Including my beloved mother registering Phil and I in the fret grade as we began our formal education journey. Boy Scouts, neighborhood...
