Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday October 15, 2016 at Hernandez Funeral Home 800 Fourth Street in Rosenberg.

Mr. Garner was born March 8, 1953 in Fort Hancock, Texas and he passed away October 4, 2016 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Eddie and Myrtle Garner; his son Johnny Garner, Jr. his brothers Ernest, Donald, Charles, Dick and Henry Garner.

He is survived by his loving wife Florence Garner; his son Reginald Garner; his daughter Sharlene Yvette Garner; his brother Robert Amy; his sister Nell Evans along with 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren as well as other loving family members and friends.
