I knew Johnny in the early 70s just out of high school. I can still remember him driving his Chevy SS around Des Moines. We had so much fun together. I never saw him angry. He was always happy, smiling, laughing, just totally fun to hang out with. I've thought of him often through the years ... each time I would crack a little smile remembering what a great guy he was. My sincere condolences.

My sincere condolences to you Debbie. I am Gary Roe's youngest sister, and I know that Gary thought so much of Johnny. He is probably the one friend who he knew the longest in his life, as they grew up in the same neighborhood & went to school together. They certainly had some good times together. Johnny helped remodel my basement & did a fine job. He will be missed. Take care.
