Johnny D. Kennamer

KENNAMER, JOHNNY D. – Of Flint, age 80, died Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Hospice House of Shiawassee County.

Johnny was born in Tucson, Arizona, the son of David and Elizabeth (Henthorne) Kennamer.

Left to honor Johnny, to remember him, 

two children, Andrea (Matt) Scott-Tolchard and David B. (Tina) Kennamer; 

six grandchildren, Alexis Thornton, David A. Kennamer, Nathaniel Kennamer, Christine Thornton, Katherine Kennamer, and Elizabeth Kennamer; 

siblings, Jim (Wanda) Kennamer and Karla (Dennis) Bond;

several nieces and nephews. 

Johnny was preceded in death by his wife, Karen, on June 9, 2018.

Burial of cremains will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2024  at Great Lakes National Cemetery, with Military Honors.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Bristol Road Church of Christ.
