MADISONVILLE — Johnny Pentecost, 51, died Wednesday, July 4, 2007, at his home. He was a coal miner and stone mason.

He is survived by mother, Lelia; daughter, Christy Archer; sons, Jonathan and Matthew; sister, Dorothy Little-page and two grandchildren.
