Not sure what to say?

We were so sorry to hear of Johnny's passing. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Jia, and Jaz: Stephen and I have a very special place in our hearts for your little family, when remembering our time in Granbury. Thank you for sweet memories of shootin' hoops and runnin' around from our house to yours. And, your dad--always pleasant--never without a smile.

I was very saddened to here about the passing of Johnny. The boyhood memories came flooding in to my mind. We played (a) many sand lot basketball and football games in the sandy streets (cow pastors) of Franklin. May God bless you and keep you in his prayers.

I was so sorry to hear about Johnny. It is so sad when someone this young leaves us prematurely. My heart goes out to all of his family and close friends.

Dear Debbie, Jia, and family...
Leta has kept me updated since I left Granbury last summer, and y'all have been in my prayers throughout the winter. I will continue to pray for your comfort. With much love and admiration,

Jaz,
I'm sorry to hear of your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I recall a joint high school reunion in 1993 - we had so much fun talking and dancing.

Johnny achieved many things in his lifetime, the most important of which are his love for his family, and his...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We are family and at this difficult time we like to say keep God close and remember our love ones are watching over us.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...
