Not sure what to say?

I just learned about Johnny's passing on Tuesday, Feb 16, 2016. Needless to say I was surprised and shocked because the news Barbara shared with me was totally unexpected. Even though this is after the fact, I felt compelled to make a few statements about Johnny. He was a great friend, in fact, he was the big brother I never had. We helped each other with a lot of things. He usually helped me more than I helped him. We hunted together many times and I was always amazed at his ability as...

Not sure if this is still open but just wanted to say I am thinking of you all. I have pictures of Johnny holding me when I was young. And glad I saw him in within past few years. I miss knowing and seeing Nanny and Sister's side of my family. Still love and think of you. Missy Edwards Avent: Frances Darby Edwards daughter.

Our deepest sympathy and condolences to the family.. We will miss Mr. Johnny dearly,he was not just our neighbor but a very dear friend.. Barbara, you are in our thoughts and prayers! Mary Jo & Tommy.

My deepest sympathy to the family.

To the Redding family you have my deepest sympathy. As the days and weeks go by, find solace in your memories, they will help to sooth your soul. Also allow God to wrap his arms around you and give you the strength you need to endure.2 Corinthians 4:7
