The entire rubber industry owes its progress in mill safety to Mr. Johnny Lee White for the courage he showed in surviving his fall into a bank of hot rubber.Protective bars; manditory safety checks and electronic brakes all came into effect since his accident. The world will miss his big smile and booming bass voice.On his last day at work he left word to tell me he was out of
