One of the first people we met in Sept 1964 when we came over from Germany!! The whole Hower family!! I personally have known her many years and has helped me out and other family members with towing and the flood in 1964!! Great lady and I will miss making her martini's at the Barlow Trail and sharing great stories while she was having lunch!! My dad and mom both Red and Bridgie Hower both admired her our whole family did!! You will be missed Joie thank u for my last picture with u and thx...
