My thoughts and prayers continue to be with you. The boys will always be remembered.

Just want you to know my thoughts and prayers have gone out to you many times over the past year as I can only imagine how difficult it has been and continues to be for you especially thru the holiday season and as the anniversary approaches. I will continue to lift you to our God of mercy and grace that He will bathe you in His love and comfort you.

I know you probably do not know me very well, but I am now in the 7th grade, and remember James and Jon. I was only in the 6th grade when this tragic accident happened, but I just wanted to say that I was not good friends with the Herbert brothers but I do recognize them from school. I just also wanted to say that I hope you are doing well Jessie, I know it must be hard...but I am praying for you family each and every day.

I wish i had found this site earlier. Only the lord above knows how horrible i personally feel and i never even actually meet the boys, God knows how you all are feeling. I talked to Jon a few times before through some of his good friends and he's an amazing person; sweet and very funny too. I was planning to see him this summer but i guess we'll just have to wait a while, but i still do hope i get to see him and James. Everyone, please smile when you think of them, I mean i know that...

dear doug so sorry for the loss of your sons i will always remember bristol tn when my mom was living and we came to see you and you invited us to sit with your family we really enjoyed the time spent with you and your family thanks your friend timothy a bumgardner

To The Herbert Family: You have my deepest sympathy and condolences on the loss of Jon and James,May the Lord Comfort you and keep you strong, for He Cares for You. I lost my son AL IV on feb. 16 and atest that only God can heal our hearts in the wake of such losses. God Bless You,we'll keep you all in our Prayers.
