Not sure what to say?

Just now learning of Jons death. He was a great guy who was a phenomenal guitarist and a truly great friend. Spent a lot of time at his moms house listening to music and sharing great times!!! Till we meet again sweetheart!!! Much love, Wendy Williams Gvozdich

many prayers and condolences to Assidy family for the difficult days since Jon's passing and those yet to come. I didn't know Jon but I hope to share and learn a similar guitar passion in appreciation of his memory.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

It has been many years since I've seen Jon but I have always held memories of some really good times in our old neighborhood.

My deepest condolences go out to the Assidy family. May God bless you.

May God be with you. We caught a bunch of great waves together.

Please accept my prayers and sympathy in your time of loss. Jon was truly a unique and talented guy, not to mention a great friend. I haven't seen him in many years, but I will always remember the great times we had sharing our love for music and just goofing off at Andrew Jackson. God speed Jon!! You will truly be missed by everyone who knew you.

I used to skip school at Andrew Jackson just to go play guitar with Jon,also dealt with him at music city.he will be missed by all who knew him.and thanks again Jon for the chord lessons from 1973-1989.and the local 30th st gang will miss you.

It's been many years since I have seen Jon, but I remember the music that we both loved playing. It is a great loss to all who knew him. May GOD be with you in your time of grief...Steve Taylor

To the Jon Assidy Family, although we have not seen Jon in many tears, I still have good memories of Jon in the 70's, playing his guitar and enjoying his music... please accept our condolences. Jerry Peterson and friends
