I am sorry to hear that Bishop Bell has passed away. He was the Bishop when I joined the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was such a kind man. He would take time to answer my questions when I had them. He would take me in his office so he could hear me. Thank you Bishop Bell for a kind and loving entrance into the gospel.
