Dear Carolyn,Paul,Nicole and Shawn. My Prayers and with all of you. Please be strong and know that Jon is safe in heaven with his Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Don. He battled hard and now he can rest. Sandi (Miller) Bartkowiak

I knew Jon from boating on Lake St. Clair. Truly one of the nicest guys on the lake -- his smile and laugh were infectious. He will be remembered for his grin and zest for life.

I had to a chance to get to know Jon thru the Sunsation family and the boating fun runs he joined with us. Truly one of the nice guys you meet in life. I remember one of the runs Jon suddenly stopped in the middle to help out a boater in need of help broke down on St Clair. He put aside his fun to make sure the guys fishing were safe. He is one of those genuine people that I will always remember in my life.

May God bless you Jon. What a devastating lost. Will pray for you and your family. RIP.

Remember that you will always carry Jon in your heart, he will always remain alive in your memories and he...

Nicole, Aunt Carolyn and Uncle Paul you are all in our prayers. We knew this day would come but still weren't prepared for the news, as we're sure you weren't. May God comfort you and may you find some peace and especially some comfort with your family. We love you.

We want to express our deepest condolences to Jon's family and friends on Jon's passing. Jon was such a wonderful person and a dear friend and we are grateful that G-d granted him all this time. He is loved and will be missed by all the family and friends who cared so much for him. May Nicole and Braden be granted all the strength they need to meet the future.
