Jon was born on December 18, 1954 and passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2015. Jon was a resident of Kokomo, Indiana at the time of his passing. Jon was a 1973 graduate of Haworth High School. He was married to Patsy. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2015, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, with Pastor Charles Riley officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery in Phlox. Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
