Not sure what to say?

Rose and I are deeply sorry for your loss, and Rose especially enjoyed working with and knowing Mr. Countess over the past decades. The family is in our thoughts and prayers.

My wife are I were so sorry to hear of Jon's passing. Jon was a great friend and trusted law expert of my fathers. I am lucky to have shared many lunches at the Lafayette Club with Jon. He will be missed by all of the friends he made over the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Countess family.

Dear Rosemary and Family,
We are so sad to hear of Jon's passing. It was always evident how supportive he was of his cherished family. One of our fondest memories of Jon is sitting on your back porch, drink in hand, and watching him tending to his many orchids like a father with a child. He will surely be missed, Someone so much a part of us can never really be gone. Our love to you.

WE ARE SO SORRY TO HEAR OF JOHN'S DEATH. KNOW THAT YOU ARE IN OUR PRAYERS. DR.TOM & PAT GARRETT NAPLES,FLA.

With deepest sympathies to the Countess family, on the death of their beloved family member and a truly great attorney.

Dear Rosemary, I grieve for Jon's passing and am glad that I was able to be with him as much as I did. Mrs Virgil Uptain. I will try to do an act of kindness in his memory

Just finished reading the story on Jon's life. What better legacy can a man leave behind than such beautiful sentiments. Tears streamed down my face while reading as to how fortunate you all are to have had such a graceful man as husband and father. Even thou ever so slightly I am happy to have known such a wonderful man. God Be With You in Peace.

My sincere sympathy to The Countess Family on the loss of their loved one! I was Atty. Countess' legal assistant for four years (1989-1993) and I truly enjoyed working beside him to assist his clients. He was a joy to be around and had a keen sense of humor. I will, however, remember most his dedication to the legal profession. He was truly a gentleman in every sense of the word and will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.

Rosemary,
Ellen and I were so sorry to hear that Jon has left us. We all had such a blast with you two at dinner parties. I always knew I was about to hear a terrific story when Jon said with a small grin "Mike, have you ever heard the one about .....". When things settle down for you, we need to get together to raise a toast to a fine, fine man!
