Dearest friends and family,
This has been the hardest thing any of us have ever had to deal with.
Thank you to everyone for your show and love and support. Jon-Erik will be greatly missed forever. He has taken with him a part of us all.
What I would like to say to you all: Live every day, love everyone, tell your friends and family that you love then unconditionally. And lastly: have no regrets, not one regret!!!
Keep Jon-Erik close to your hearts. One day we will...

As Jon-Erik spent time at our home over the past few years, we were able to learn about his fun loving nature and a feature we will never forget is his beautiful blue eyes. His loss brings tears to my daughter's blue eyes and my heart breaks for all of you. We all need to thank God for the safety of our children and every precious moment we experience with them in good times and bad. May you find peace in the support of your loved ones.

I remember Jon-Erik as the guy who made classes fun. Always had something to say to make you smile. It took seeing this page for it to finally sink in that he's gone. I know I wasnt his closest friend but he was def. one to me. My prayers go out to his family and friends. Just remember to keep smiling thats what he would want.

When I met John at HACC my first semester, he left a lasting impression. While our school relationship did not last long, we kept in frequent touch and kept eachother posted on what we had been doing, and what we planned to do. I send my deepest sympathy to Weeks' family and all who knew him. John had a wonderful smile and a finely-tuned ability to put people at ease. Keeping John in our hearts will ensure that his life and what he had accomplished will always be remembered.
