We are so sad to learn at this late date of Jon's passing! We sent a birthday card and Christmas card and called to find phones not working!! We did not know that his call to us in early October was his farewell! He was a dear friend for 30 years! He sang with his group at our wedding! Condolences. We were surprised and saddened to learn of Jon's passing. I was just about to drop off a box of mementos and what-not from my mother's, Ellen Hopkins. They grew up together, and were great friends once upon a time.
