JON CARY FINDLAY Jr.

I am very saddened to learn of Jon's passing. I only briefly had contact with him back in 2000 when we corresponded regarding a screenplay that I had written about his battle at 73 Easting during the Gulf War and he asked to read a copy of it. He was very kind and told me that he enjoyed it and was a good representation of what they had gone through. I just found out about Jon passing and wish I could have attended the service. I will always love Jon and my prayers go out to his family.

I will miss my friend but I know he is now at peace and with his mom. The wonderful memories I have of him and all he gave to this world will last me a lifetime and make me smile. He was such an intelligent and caring man who served his country and wanted to help others. He loved his family tremendously and my condolences are with you all.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Though I haven't seen Jon in a few years I remember him as very caring individual and a great friend. I was privileged to have known and spent time with Jon.
