Not sure what to say?

I always felt like Jon was my little brother. I remember him asking us questions about life, Church, dating, driving... he was always so inquisitive and caring. I hadn't seen him for many years, and he would come to our ward and ask my dad how everyone was. What a special, loving person. He had such a great remembrance of past memories, and would always recall them with such fondness (Hey, remember that time...?). I could go on forever. Thanks to the Jasters for sharing their spiritual...

To the Jaster Family,
I have known the Jaster family for a long time. I remember as Jon grew, he became a sweet man. He had such a wonderfull personality. I remember passing him in the church halls, and he would stop me to stay hi and ask how I was doing. With his passing, it is very hard on the Jaster Family I am sure. I want them to know that it is hard for my family and I as well. We will always keep you in our prayers. Know that Heavenly Father is with Jon know and is looking...

I served with Elder Jaster in the Nevada Las Vegas Mission. Elder Jaster was in my Zone in late 2000. He was a very funny guy with a great sense of humor. I liked him because we enjoyed the same kinds of humor. He was a hard working missionary. I wish his family the best during this time of grieving. He will be missed.

To all the members of the Jaster family,
You are very special to us and we love you very much. We are very grateful that Gary and Walt found each other after 40 years and we connected with your wonderful family. We are deeply saddend by Jon's passing.
Although we didn't have the opportunity to meet Jon in person, we received an exuberant email from him on Christmas Eve 2003 expressing his love to Walt and for the gospel. We will send you a copy of his email to us.
With heartfelt...

i knew jon for a long time. we used to hang out and even go on dates. i always loved the fact he would call me to see how i was doing or even stop by and leave a letter to make sure i was ok. he loved the church and tried so hard to get me to come back. i send my blessing and want you to know that his family is in my prayers.

I'm an old friend of his sister Michele and knew Jon when he was much younger. I always knew him as being such a character and making those around him laugh. My deepest sympathy and love go out to the family.

I only talked to Jon a few times, but becuase of his kindness and cheerfulness i will never forget those few times I talked with him or danced with him at YSA activities and dances. He will be greatly missed by many I am sure. To the Jaster Family, you are in my thoughts and prayers.
