Not sure what to say?

All I can say is that Jon was unquestionably my favorite bartender. There will never be another one like him.

I stopped by the "B" Saturday Night on my way into Newton for a Birthday party. It had been more than a year since my last visit and I was really looking forward to seeing Jon and having a beer with him. Instead, I was greeted by Teddie with the sad, devastating news of Jon's passing.

I lived across the sreet from the "B" for 5 years before moving to Framingham. The "B" quickly became my 2nd home and favorite place to hang out.

Jon was a great dude and I will miss him...

Dear Jauregui Family:
I have just heard of Jon's passing tonight from a friend of mine back home in MA. Though it has been more than ten years since I frequented the Busy-Bee, Jon made the Busy-Bee the place to be every night of the week. God's speed Jon. You will truly be missed.

My brother just told me about Jon's passing, and I'm deeply saddened. Jon was the biggest cheerleader for the "B" rowing team, always ready with a hand, shoulder or a laugh. I will never forget how quickly he flew over that bar to make peace, or to come to his brothers' (or anyone else's) aid if they needed it at the B. My heartfelt condolences to all his brothers and sisters and mother.

Teddy, Monica, Peter, Naki, Maria, Anita and all,

I just this morning learned of Jon's passing and I can't put into words how sorry I am. Jon was a positive, wonderful spirit who always had a smile, a story and something to give to everyone. He called me mop because of my big messy hair and it never failed to bring a smile to my face.
Blessings and love.

Dear Jauregui Family: My wife Linda and I were shocked and terribly saddened to hear about Jon's passing. Please accept our deepest sympathies. He was a wonderful man and a great friend. He was our longest-standing connection to the community in which we now live. While our trips to the Busy Bee became less frequent, each was pleasant and memorable because of Jon. When our 3 year-old daughter Kristen ever hears the name "Jon", she says "Jon Busy Bee" with a big smile. Our memory of Jon...

The sad news of your passing has hit me slow but surely. It seemed sureal at first, but has sunk in and dragged me down. I have not visited the Bee in so long and was terribly sadened to hear of your passing. You were one of the few warm and genuine people who would greet me with a smile and ask how I was doing every time. Thanks to you, I know how to keep warm on a winter's day - with a hot coffee spiced up with Jameson & Baileys! I'm thankful to have had the pleasure of knowing you. Lots...

Dear Friends, Mark and I were so sorry to hear of your loss. Jon is in our thoughts and prayers, as are all of you. He certainly was one in a MILLION. Always welcoming, kind, generous and patient no matter the circumstance. We will miss him.

John, you will be missed by all. You were the friendly face that greeted all. My heart goes out to your family.
