Today, when I took my son to see a different doctor and asked how Dr. Jon was. The other doctor told me that Dr.Jon had passed away. I am still so in shock. I had known Dr. Jon for so many years. I worked for the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities where I knew his work. And most of all I knew as my son's physician, a wonderful and humane person who cared for the vulnerable individuals who deeply needed his help.
