I did not know Jon in High School but was a classmate of his. I found out about him from a shared Shawnee Mission North High School Facebook page, From this same page I subsequently learned of his passing from a fellow classmate's post. After looking him up on the internet, I found this obituary and learned of his full life. I also noted that he wrote a book which I just finished reading and found it remarkable for 2 things. Se ding condolences and my sympathies to Jon'S family and friends. His life was full and sounds like he left an incredible imprint on many lives. I was his high school classmate, Shawne Mission North, Class of '65.
