Jon Sunde

Jon and I reconnected at our 50th high school reunion in 2006. We have had a great correspondence over the last 8 years and Jon and Marilyn visited us a few years ago when they were out west. Jon will be truly missed and was very loved by all who came in contact with him.

OK Jonny, I finally admit that your bike was faster than mine on those summer mornings when we raced down Duluth from your house to 28th St to pick up Jim Lease and the other Huckleberries, Good days, great laughs. Thanks buddy.

Never will I forget the generosity and kindness shown by this man who first met me as a stranger and as I left his company,felt as if we were friends for a lifetime. What a awesome man! Jon and I were roommates at SDSC for three years, he was a great guy, god bless.

Sorry to hear of Jon's passing. I worked with him in the Village of Fairport. I recently ran into Jon and his daughter Jill at the SMH it was good to see them. He was a good man and friend and will be missed.

Far too young to leave us...but in a better place for sure,... where the beautiful "prairie" you love never ends....
