We will miss the joy Jon brought to Round Lake. He was at peace on the water, welcoming friends and family, and any crappie who were brave enough to be seen! And speaking of being seen - Jon AND his bonfires illuminated the south side of the lake on many s´mores evenings.

Jon, Jon, Jon...You will be truly missed but your legacy will remain. Your footprint on every endeavor you chose is strong and your loyalty to family, friends, and University are exemplary. I have many fond memories of you and Reggie on Boone Court. Now with your Son and family love is eternal.

If I could choose one word that would describe Jon it would be "Loyal". My condolences go out to Carol and the rest of Jon´s family. I will tell you that I loved Jon like a brother, he will be deeply missed. Jon was always my go to phone call, he was a great listener and advisor.
