I was one of Jon's co-workers at Cessna for many years. One thing I admired about Jon is he was always seeking to learn more. I'd often see him reading up about the newest and latest in machining technology. He was never satisfied with everything he already know... always wanted to know more, and how it could be applied to help Cessna.
