Jon is often in my thoughts. Whenever I play my second shot on hole #1 at OLCC, I look up to the right and I imagine seeing Jon at his house. I give him a wave. His smile and warmth are ever present.

Many years have past since I saw Jon & you. Peter always had the highest respect for Jon as a physician & person.

I was stunned when I learned of Dr. V's passing. I had the privilege of working with and listening to him since the early 1990s, transcribing IME reports. He became a grandparent shortly before I did, and it was so apparent how proud and loving he was of his family. I am deeply saddened to learn of Jon's passing. I first met him 44 years ago. He performed surgery on a badly damaged knee injured in a skiing accident. He performed two other knee surgeries throughout the years. My respect and admiration for him continued to grow as I learned about his strong love for his family. He was a fine man that I will never forget. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I'm very shocked and sad to hear of Dr. Vessely's passing. I worked with him for many years at Orthopaedic Consultants. I walked into the conference room early many a Monday morning to get my coffee and find Dr. V. sitting at the head of the table doing his crossword puzzle. What a nice guy. He'll sure be missed.
