Dear Arlene,
I was deeply saddened to learn of Jon's death this morning. I will fondly remember his wonderful sense of humor and his ready smile and laugh. But what quickly comes to mind is Jon's deep and abiding faith in the Lord and his willing obedience to the Lord's direction. Jon has cleared a pathway of faithfulness for those of us left behind. What joy is now his!
Arlene,as you face this new journey, may you sense the presence of God afresh.

I am very sorry for everyone who had to lose a man like Great Uncle Jon. I have fond memories of him as well. Even though i was very young the last I saw him, I remember him being a very kind man who loved to smile. I will always remember him with love. God Bless.
