Not sure what to say?

Remembering Jon as a friend to everyone in his Kindergarten class at St. Thomas. Such beautiful words from everyone, especially from the people who worked with him.

Ed and Maureen: Cindy and I are so very sorry for your loss. There aren't any words that I can come up with that describe the gut feeling that we all have right now. I hope the AQ event went well. Jon was an amazing kid! Reading that eulogy that his brother wrote put tears in our eyes and provided a real inside look at Jon's character...a role model for all of us ! You guys stay strong . George and Cindy

Cluster of 50 Memorial Trees

I lost track of your family when you left Grand Rapids and St. Thomas for Traverse City. Jon was the sweetest little boy and so very bright. I have fond memories of him in my class as a second grader.

Maureen and Ed Frank and I were so sorry to hear of your loss of your son Jon Reading his obituary he accomplished so much in his young life There are no words of comfort as much as I wish there were Know you all will be in our prayers for peace and also will be praying for his young family God Bless you all with his peace Annette &Frank Paladino

Gary and I are so very sorry to hear about your son, Jonathon. There are no words. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

We shared a sense of humor, but he was blessed as well with a unique brand of sarcasm/cynicism that I aspired to but could never match. Ha. Somewhere in his travels around CDC he had managed to come to...

Jon was one of the finest leaders I´ve had the privilege of working with during my 24 years at the CDC. His exceptional attention to detail, strategic insight, servant leadership, and commitment to work-life balance made him an invaluable asset to both the agency and the broader public health community. I will deeply miss hearing his captivating stories about his cross-country bike trips, family travels, his love for sports-especially as a Detroit Lions fan-and his thoughtful work-related...
