Jonathan Crombie

I had suppressed my memory of Jonathan's passing until hearing of Robert Redford death today and following IMDB links (Redford was in The Natural with Richard Farnsworth, who was, of course, Matthew in Anne). Jonathan and I are only a few years apart, and he was too young. He was a great artist. Being reminded of Jonathan's death is hard. RIP.

It's been 10 years since Jonathan's death. I only recently found out about him. When I learned of his passing, my heart was broken. The world has lost an amazing person. I think about you every day, Jonathan. You have become an example and a source of love for many people. I cannot express how painful it is for me.

Jonathan Crombie was a great Gilbery Bllthe in Anne of Green Gables. However He was still a everyday person. I pray He came to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

I Just enjoyed your performance again watching The Anne of Green Gables series. What a telent you were. I´m forever grateful you left such a great gift behind. I was shocked to hear about your sudden death. It´s hard to believe it was 11 years ago. I pray you didnt suffer.
