Not sure what to say?

Hello,
We realize that we are very late to express our deepest condolences, but we wanted to let your family and friends know that we will be sending Care Packages to deployed troops this week and several of these will be dedicated to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo and hometown of Jonathan Kilian Dozier US Army Staff Sergeant.

We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made...

Most of all to Jon, as well as his family and friends... I'm sorry for being so out of touch; 15 years has gone by pretty quickly... Jon, I just learned of your departure, ironically enough, while 'down range'... Sad to hear it brother... As I read through what your family and friends had written since you left, it helped me to remember our friendship, the memories that we shared and the good times that we had... Congratulations on your becoming a father; i wish you could have experienced...

To the family and friends of Staff Sgt. Jonathan K. Dozier:
It has truly been my honor to sign Jonathan's guest book these past few years. Unfortunately, due to complications from my Multiple Sclerosis, this may be the last message I'm able to write. Please forgive me and know that Jonathan will always be remembered in my home.
With love and respect ~ Peggy

I saw the notice on your dear son's passing on the Honor Them Facebook page today. Those notices post so terribly often, but for whatever reason I wanted to know more and found the beautiful photos of Jonathan and his little daughter, and of course his Dad. My heart breaks for the fallen, and for their families. Sleep well Sgt in the knowledge that your service is appreciated.

Jon friends and family joined together last night to celebrate your life, your courage and your memory. You are missed by all who knew you...friends from near and far left messages and shared their sorrow at your loss. I miss you each and every day. Love, Dad

To the family and friends of Staff Sgt. Jonathan K. Dozier:
Always remembering Jonathan. "Some gave all."

You're sacrifice to this country and to it's citizens gives me pause. It confirms what a coward I am and what a hero you are! God bless you and may God help me to become more like you. May God give me blessings and mercy to see you again some day.

To the family and friends of Staff Sgt. Jonathan K. Dozier:
Please accept my remembrance of Jonathan on the anniversary of his passing and know that he will never be forgotten.
