Dear Mr. and Mrs. Haldeman and Elizabeth- I too used to babysit Dane
in my younger years.He was a hand full but fun to be around. Never a dull moment with him.My brother and Dane used to hang out together too. We all have some good memories of him and how he made our child hood a little more exciting!
Take comfort that he brought much fun and excitement to many peoples lives..........

Dear William and Anna:
I met Dane the first year of Jr. High School at Cal. I even had the honor of meeting you, as we used to spend time at your house, just hanging out and having fun! To this day, everytime I pass that house I think about those times we used to get on the balcony and jump into the pool (man that was fun)! He was a wonderful guitar player, and I have always admired his musical talents. As we continued through High School and into our later years he was a great friend....

I am very sorry for your loss. You each gave so much of yourselves to Dane...how sad that this, too, must end. Thank you for letting me babysit in your home so many years ago. I recall then that it was difficult to tend to Dane because he was so active. And that's life. We enjoy ourselves and each other for the time we're here. May you find peace in remembering the vitality Dane brought with him.
