Dear Harris family. I am shocked to hear about Jon's passing. We met in July 1984, I am from Dublin, Ireland and a mutual friend introduced us. We kept in touch over the course of the year by writing and phone, then Jon invited me back to Miami in 1985. We spend three weeks travelling around Florida and had a wonderful time. I returned back to Ireland and we kept in touch for a while, but of course it was a holiday romance and eventually our correspondence faded out. But I have never...

It really means so much to me to read about how much my dad meant to people from all over. A lot of your names sound familiar to me because my dad was always telling stories about his memories with you. It's been a little over a year and a half since I last saw my daddy...it's hard to put in to words how much I miss him. I don't know if writing this message will update anyone, but if it does then I would like to thank you all for sharing your stories about my dad. It's taken me a long time to...

To The Harris Family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Jon's passing. For 3 years, Jon and I, along with 3 other friends, were roommates while working in Washington, DC. I look back on those days as some of the best in my life. Jon's zest for life brought much joy and happiness to all who knew him. I hadn't seen Jon for many years but I often thought of him and all the good times we had together. My condolences to Tim, Steve, Judy, and the rest of the Harris family.

To The Wonderful Harris Family ~ My heartfelt expression of deepest sympathy goes out to all of you at the loss of your beloved Jon. I had the pleasure of meeting Jon through the Danilovicz family about 23 years ago. I only had the opportunity of seeing Jon maybe once or twice a year, but whenever our paths crossed, it was as if time had stood still. He never changed. Jon always greeted me with open arms and a big kiss as if it were just yesterday we had seen one another. The best part...
