Not sure what to say?

I cannot imagine the pain you are feeling at the loss of your son. I did not know Jonathan, but I did know Mark when he was about this age. Jonathan looks a lot like his dad did then. I'm sure he shared his dad's warm heart and sense of humor.

Jon was a great guy, I knew him through band, church, and just in the halls at PLHS. I was fortunate enough to spend time with Jon at Green Lake Bible Camp in Spicer, MN, we had so many great memories there. Jon could always make me laugh and bring me into a good mood when I was having a bad day, he is the best kind of friend anyone could ever hope for. He will be missed and I can't wait to see you on the other side.

We never really knew Jon, but he graduated with us from PL. We also attended DCTC. There were many mornings were we would follow Jon to school. We also saw him nearly everyday in the halls. Just seeing a familiar face was enough, but he was always smiling. We will miss you and your smile Jon!!

I met Jon in a computer class at DCTC. He was in class on Thursday morning. I did not know him long, but he was a super nice person and I knew he could be a good friend. I am very sad to hear this news about him. Please know that he was a very special person and I am so glad I knew him even though it was for a short time. I pray that I will understand why God has taken him so young and also I will pray for Jon and remember him forever.

Jon was and has always been a friend of mine. I will always remember band class with him, and how it wouldn't have been the same without him. The tragic news was a real shock and seems to be very surreal. Every time I reflect upon it, it saddens my heart. My thoughts and prayers go out to Jon and his family. I'm going to miss you Jon..

Jon and I were just becoming good friends at Dakota County Tech, since we both went there. I would talk to him almost every day, and he would always wake me up after a long lecture class! I'll miss his company very much, as will many others. Thanks for being there Jon, you will always be in my heart.

I met Jonathan in a computer class at DCTC. He was in class on Tuesday morning. I did not know him long, but he was a super nice person and I knew he could be a good friend. I am very sad to hear this news about him. Please know that he was a very special person and I am so glad I knew him even though it was for a short time. I pray that I will understand why God has taken him so young and also I will pray for Jonathan and remember him forever.

Jon, or "tall-jon" as I would call him was always a friend of mine, at least starting in fifth grade when we joined basket ball. Ever since then Jon was always there to say hey whats upor try to make me smile- in that goofy Jon sort of way. I dont really know what all to say, I am still in shock of what exactly happpened. All I know is, I havent cried since i was like 10 years old. The last thing I told Jon was we need to play basketball this summer. We never did. But one thing I can say is...

Jon will forever be missed by many friends at PLHS. He will always be remembered for his friendly and pleasant personality. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
