To the family-
My name is Amanda, my brother Jesse passed on the same day your son Jonathan did. Jesse too was in a car accident, he was only 19. I have so many words I wish to speak to you but I dont know how. All I do know is exactly how you are feeling. You are in my thoughts and prayers. And may god give you the strength he is providing me and my family to get through this terrible time.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Karp,

I'm deeply saddened about the loss of Jon, I'm currently a senior at Hauppauge, and know many people who have extremely close friendships with Jon, they talk about how great of a kid and friend Jon is, it makes me wish that i knew him better myself. I assure you that we all at Hauppauge High School will never forget Jon. Dear Christine and Family,
As one of your former elementary school teachers, we go back a long way. It was so exciting to become re-acquainted with you in recent years through Jonathan at Hauppauge Middle School. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to the entire Karp/McGrath family for their sudden loss. May God pour out His peace upon your heart to comfort and heal. The Arasmo family

Dearest Chris and Family,
My hands are shaking as I type this sad message. My heart is so heavy. How do I begin to express what we should never have to. Although I had only met Jonathan once or twice I know one thing is true...I know he held a special place in his mothers heart. I know how precious he was to you each and every day. I know he was a well loved boy by a family who knows so much about love. I know on these sad days that you will be surrounded by people that love and care...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time of need.

Jonny , You were truely an angel. You're presence was greatly enjoyed. You always had a smile on you'r face and always knew how to cheer somebody up. Even when you didnt have your hair gel or the perfect tan , you always knew how to make a joke out of it. I know i will see you in heaven and i will not forget the hairgel. God only takes the best. Make Heaven Laugh, and I know you will. My deepest sympathy to the Karp Family, Jonny Boy will be greatly missed and never forgotten. <3
