My deepest condolences to Jon's family and friends. I am so sorry to learn of his passing. I was a member of Capital Region Fitness for many years and got to know Jon well. He was a friendly and easy going person and we had many conversations over the years. Sometimes I spent half my workout time talking with him instead of working. We are so saddened to learn of Jon´s passing. He and our son Scott were best friends in high school and shared a love of weight lifting and sports. Scott often spoke of his friend Jon whenever we talked and we know that both Jon and Scott are now back together- probably lifting some weights. Jon was a wonderful person and just the best friend one could wish for and have. We were fortunate that Jon was part of both Scott´s and our lives. Thank you Jon for all you did for the McAndrews family....
