Jonathan Nash, 25, passed away on November 14, 2021. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Sierra Bible Church, 11460 Brockway Rd, Truckee, CA 96161. Jonathan was born January 30, 1996, in Walnut Creek, California, to John and Tamara Nash. Jonathan spent his free time immersing himself in nature and the spiritual awareness of his surroundings. One of his favorite spots to go for a peaceful experience was Prosser Lake in Truckee California. He would spend hours enjoying the serenity Prosser had to offer, and spending time with God. Jonathan had a very deep love for God, and Prosser was the place he felt the most connected. Jonathan worked for his dad's construction company, John J. Nash Construction. He was learning the trade in hopes of taking over his dad's company. His dad worked with him so he could develop his carpentry skills and show him the ropes of running a business. His interests included enjoying the back-county four-wheeling, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family. He also had a great love for music, poetry, and art. He played his guitar and was an incredible songwriter. Jonathan is survived by his parents; John and Tamara Nash; his sisters, Brittany Nash, and Zoeann Nash; his brother-in-law Casey Soward; his niece, Kyleigh; nephews Chase, Andrew, Oliver; grandparents, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
