To Mrs. Player and family
I had the opportunity to become on of Jonathans' friends while he was here in Erie. At the time I worked with Yolanda. When she called me this morning to inform me of his death I was truly saddened. I shall kept his memory alive in my heart forever. He gave me a draft copy of a book of poems and I read a few of them today.
I pray to almighty God that he will continue to comfort you, his children, and his sister whom he loved dearly.
