I knew John from work, we worked night shifts. Some of the best times at work were the nights i worked with him. We had many great conversations. He listened and gave great advice on life issues as i was 20 years younger. I lost contact with him when he retired and just recently i have asked old co workers about him but know one had heard anything. Something reminded me of him tonight and I started looking deeper and found this page. Although it's not good news at all i reflect on who he was...

My thoughts are with the family during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring you comfort. Knowing that there is hope for our loved ones lost in death can be reassuring.
